This item is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship FOREVER! Does this mean that this strap will last forever? No. Non-defective things still eventually wear out from normal use and abuse. They're supposed to. That's not a defect. Nothing lasts forever (except Hamilton, Orthodox Bar Mitzvahs, and weekends in NJ with my parents). But, if we manufactured something poorly, or one of the materials or components is defective, you're covered, FOREVER!
This warranty does not cover intentional damage, accidental damage, damage resulting from unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme heat or chemicals, or loss of use. And of course, we accept no liability for any actual, consequential, or incidental damages or losses incurred as a result of using this product. Though we are confident that we produce the best and most secure products available, we cannot control how they are used, the situations and circumstances in which they are used, or the forces and abuses to which they may be subjected. We sell products to some real crazies, you guys sometimes scare us with the stuff you do!
If a defect is found in materials or workmanship, please Contact Us right away so that we can get it resolved. Products that cannot be repaired to our standards will be replaced with a new one.
